Prodi nominò un commissario straordinario per rendere funzionante e
migliorare la legge 206/04 “Nuove norme in favore delle vittime del terrorismo e
delle stragi di tale matrice”. Dopo la nomina del commissario ed un lavoro
incessante da parte delle associazioni delle Vittime venne concordato con la
presidenza del Consiglio, alla vigilia delle celebrazioni del 2 agosto 2007, un
percorso che prevedeva di definire, modificare ed integrare la legge 206/04
permettendone così la sua integrale applicazione evitando le continue
umiliazioni ai familiari delle vittime. A questo ha fatto seguito la direttiva
del 2 agosto che ha superato alcuni problemi esistenti, lasciando comunque
irrisolte le problematiche più importanti , rispetto alle quali vi era
l’impegno di inserirle nella legge finanziaria 2008. Ciò non è avvenuto! Nella
seduta del 13 novembre,il Senato e il Governo hanno approvato
l’ordine del giorno che impegnava il Governo ad adottare nel corso
dell’iter della legge finanziaria per il 2008 le misure opportune atte a
recepire le istanze presenti negli emendamenti delle vittime del terrorismo e
delle stragi di tale matrice e a rispettare gli impegni con le associazioni
delle vittime del terrorismo, per dare finalmente soluzione a problemi che da
troppo tempo sono all’attenzione del
Parlamento.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></B></P>
