<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 7.2pt 0cm; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">In questi mesi si tengono, in Turchia e in Europa, le celebrazioni per il 15° Anniversario della Fondazione del MLKP di Turchia e Nord Kurdistan. Il MLKP è uno dei partiti comunisti rivoluzionari più grandi della Turchia, e ha un’attività molto importante sul piano internazionale, sul piano del dibattito politico, dell’organizzazione di iniziative, della solidarietà contro la repressione. </FONT></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 7.2pt 0cm; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Organismi di massa che condividono la linea del MLKP organizzano campeggi giovanili internazionali, come quello tenuto a Smirne lo scorso agosto, cui ha partecipato una delegazione del Partito dei CARC, organizzeranno manifestazioni contro il summit di Banca Mondiale e FMI che si terrà agli inizi di ottobre, cui è prevista la partecipazione del Sindacato Lavoratori in Lotta ( SLL ), saranno promotori del prossimo Social Forum Europeo, che si terrà l’anno prossimo in Turchia.</FONT></SPAN></P>

<P style="MARGIN: 7.2pt 0cm; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Salutiamo la fondazione del MLKP in questo suo 15° anno. Celebriamo questo 15° anno con la potenza, l’entusiasmo e la militanza dello sviluppo che abbiamo sperimentato.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 7.2pt 0cm; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Il MLKP è prodotto e affermazione della Rivoluzione Unita. Il partito si è materializzato e formato tra l’incudine e il martello, nella dura guerra di classe. Come braccio di Turchia e Nord Kurdistan del proletariato mondiale, il partito ha giocato ruolo d’avanguardia e dirigente nella lotta di classe, e continuerà a farlo.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 7.2pt 0cm; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Il MLKP rompe con le relazioni tradizionali del movimento rivoluzionario, le sue concezioni, il suo modo di fare politica, con quella politica che mantiene il proprio status quo e con lo spontaneismo rivoluzionario; è un nuovo stile, stile di partito. Il MLKP è rivolta, la rivolta di </FONT><A rel=nofollow><SPAN class=kelimeler><B><FONT face="Times New Roman">Gazi*</FONT></B></SPAN></A><FONT face="Times New Roman">, la lotta contro i desaparecidos, l’attacco di </FONT><A rel=nofollow><SPAN class=kelimeler><B><FONT face="Times New Roman">Sultanbeyli*</FONT></B></SPAN></A><FONT face="Times New Roman">, la Conferenza delle Madri, lo sciopero e la resistenza di Tuzla, le proteste contro i summit della NATO, il boicottaggio, l’occupazione e le barricate, è la rabbia di chi soffre ed è oppresso.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 7.2pt 0cm; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Il MLKP è speranza, è l’aspettativa di un mondo senza sfruttamento e classi e per il socialismo. È la crescita inarrestabile della speranza nonostante i massicci e sistematici attacchi del regime fascista e dei suoi piani di liquidazione, una speranza che in questo 15° anno si mantiene ferma e alta!</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 7.2pt 0cm; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Il MLKP è la linea e la via per organizzare la rivoluzione e guidarla alla vittoria, e conquistare l’egemonia. È un nuovo tipo di pensiero e comportamento. È una rivoluzione della mentalità. È il potere di rinnovarsi. È volontà, coraggio e determinazione rivoluzionari. È varietà e creatività in termini di strumenti e metodi di organizzazione e lotta.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 7.2pt 0cm; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">In questo 15° anno il MLKP ha aperto le porte a un periodo nuovo. Si sta concentrando ora su questo nuovo periodo con il compito e la responsabilità di organizzare il partito dirigente. Nel nuovo periodo agirà anche con la responsabilità di completare questi compiti, che furono svolti solo a metà nel particolare sviluppo storico e che perciò non si sono potuti adempiere fino ad oggi. Il MLKP ha la volontà di produrre questo modo di fare politica a un nuovo livello e di rendere tutto questo costante, e tramite una rivoluzione della coscienza ha potere e determinazione sufficienti per risolvere i suoi problemi strutturali.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 7.2pt 0cm; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><B><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Operai, lavoratori, oppressi;</FONT></SPAN></B></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 7.2pt 0cm; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">In questo 15° anno dalla fondazione il MLKP fa appello a voi per rafforzare la lotta per la rivoluzione, la libertà e il socialismo contro la dittatura coloniale fascista e il sistema capitalista imperialista e per fare sorgere la resistenza rivoluzionaria e unita. La crisi della dittatura fascista coloniale e del sistema capitalista imperialista si aggrava e persiste. Non hanno più niente da offrire oggi all’umanità se non crisi, massacro sociale, guerra, povertà, disoccupazione, ingiustizia e distruzione della natura.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 7.2pt 0cm; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Operai, non accettate di pagare il conto della crisi economica in corso, generalizzate i singoli episodi di resistenza contro il fascismo e il capitale e rafforzate la solidarietà di classe! Rigettate lo sciovinismo sulla questione curda, e combattete per una soluzione che sia dei lavoratori e che innalzi la fratellanza con il popolo curdo! Come avanguardia comunista della classe operaia, il MLKP agisce con la consapevolezza che l’unità con il movimento di classe resta un problema fondamentale. Sostenete questa spinta del MLKP nel nuovo periodo!</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 7.2pt 0cm; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Il regime colonialista borghese turco non è in grado di continuare con la linea di brutale negazione e annichilimento della questione curda come ha fatto finora. Cerca sempre di più di uscire dal vicolo cieco in cui si è cacciato. La rivoluzione nazionale curda e la potenza della guerriglia hanno forzato il regime colonialista ancora una volta a pensare bene a quello che sta facendo.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 7.2pt 0cm; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Coraggioso popolo curdo, noi viviamo un periodo cruciale. Dicendo che con la “iniziativa curda” vuole “risolvere” la questione, il regime tenta di imporre la propria egemonia colonialista e continua a uccidere la dinamica rivoluzionaria nazionale curda. È tempo oggi più che mai di essere attenti e assumere iniziative contro questi piani liquidatori. Il MLKP sostiene le rivendicazioni nazionali democratiche curde e le tappe nazionali democratiche che rafforzano la base della soluzione democratica della questione curda.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 7.2pt 0cm; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Tuttavia non bisogna considerare gli sviluppi e le rivendicazioni in questa direzione come il passo finale della questione curda. È tempo di forzare il regime ad adottare la soluzione popolare! A questo punto, è il popolo turco che ha il compito più grande. Popolo turco, sei tu quello a cui ci rivolgiamo per la soluzione della questione curda! Per l’eguaglianza e<SPAN> </SPAN>la libertà, è proprio ora il momento di fare sorgere la pace, e la lotta per una soluzione che sia dei lavoratori.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 7.2pt 0cm; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Giovani, dalla sua fondazione e data una struttura fatta per unire rivoluzionari di tre generazioni, il MLKP ha sempre dato importanza a voi, uomini e donne. Si può vedere anche dal ruolo efficace che i giovani hanno avuto nella lotta contro gli attacchi del nemico che si sono intensificati negli ultimi anni, quando il MLKP ha assicurato il suo futuro con le generazioni di quadri formate in 15 anni di lotta. Il MLKP fa appello ai giovani per combattere nelle proprie file. I giovani devono rigettare il fatto di essere forzati a non avere futuro e volgersi verso la rivoluzione, il socialismo e il partito. </FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 7.2pt 0cm; TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Donne, in questo 15° anno il MLKP si è concentrato con maggiore volontà sulle necessità e le prospettive del lavoro condotto tra le lavoratrici e sull’organizzazione delle comuniste e ha raggiunto un livello nuovo. È diventato più cosciente del fatto che la questione della liberazione della donna è un problema fondamentale e corrente della nostra rivoluzione e dello sviluppo sociale e storico. Il MLKP vi chiama a unirvi nella lotta entro le file del partito per attuare la liberazione della donna.</FONT></SPAN></P>

Iniziamo una mobilitazione per il cambiamento e la trasformazione rivoluzionaria in noi stessi, nelle nostre organizzazioni e nei nostri compagni, elargendo la logica e lo spirito del nuovo livello raggiunto! Con la potenza dei valori rivoluzionari del partito raccolti nel 15° anno di lotta, innalziamo la lotta con le azioni le dimostrazioni e le celebrazioni che saranno organizzate in grande in ogni campo! Invece, i lavoratori iniziarono<SPAN> </SPAN>una marcia verso la stazione di polizia guidati dalle forze rivoluzionarie. Inizio così una rivolta che durò una settimana, durante la quale 23 lavoratori furono uccisi dalle forze dello Stato </FONT></A></SPAN></P>

Nell’attacco, in cui si usarono bazooka, mitragliatrici e bombe, gli uffici dello Stato furono tenuti a lungo sotto fuoco intenso. Gli edifici furono danneggiati e i poliziotti fuggirono. Il quartiere, per un breve periodo di tempo, fu sotto controllo totale dei distaccamenti.</FONT></SPAN></P>

<P><SPAN lang=EN-GB style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><BR><FONT face="Times New Roman"><STRONG>Workers, labourers, all oppressed;</STRONG><BR>In its 15th year of foundation the MLCP calls on you to strengthen the struggle for the revolution, freedom and socialism against the colonialist fascist dictatorship and the capitalist/imperialist system and to raise the united revolutionary resistance.<BR>The crisis of the colonialist fascist dictatorship and the capitalist/imperialist system is deepening and continuing. They have nothing to offer humanity nowadays besides the crisis, social destruction, war, poverty, unemployment, injustice and the destruction of nature. <BR>Workers, don't accept to pay the bill for the ongoing economic crisis, generalise your single resistances against fascism and the capital and strengthen the class solidarity! Reject chauvinism regarding the Kurdish question, and fight for a labourer solution by raising the brotherhood with the Kurdish
people! As the communist vanguard of the working class, the MLCP acts with the consciousness that uniting with the class movement continues to be a basic problem. Support this tendency of the MLCP in the new period! Organise yourself in the ranks of your party MLCP! <BR>The Turkish bourgeois colonialist regime isn't able to continue its line of crude denial and annihilation on the Kurdish question as it has done so far. It tries more and more to come out of its dead end on the Kurdish question. The Kurdish national revolution and the power of the guerrilla have forced the colonialist regime to think once again about itself. <BR>Brave Kurdish people, we are living a totally crucial period. By saying that with the "Kurdish initiative" it trends to "solve" the question, the regime wants to set its colonialist hegemony again up and insists in killing the Kurdish national revolutionary dynamic. It is now time, as it has never been before, to be more
attentive and take initiative against these liquidation plans. The MLCP supports the Kurdish national democratic demands and the national democratic steps that will strengthen the basis of a democratic solution of the Kurdish question. <BR>However, it won't consider the developments and demands in this way as the final step on the solution of the Kurdish question. It is now time to force the regime to take the populist solution! At this point, it is the Turkish people that have the biggest duty. Turkish people, you are the one addressed concerning the solution of the Kurdish question! For equality and freedom, it is right now the time to raise peace and the struggle for the labourer solution. <BR>Youth, since its foundation and because of its structure to unite revolutionaries of 3 generations and its role within the struggle, the MLCP has always given importance to you young men and women. It can also be seen from the effective role the young comrades
played in the fight against the attacks of the enemy intensified during the last years that the MLCP ensured its future with the generation of cadres educated within these 15 years of struggle. The MLCP calls on the youth to fight in its ranks. Youth must reject the fact of being forced to have no future and turn its face to the revolution, socialism and the party. <BR>Women; in its 15th year the MLCP has concentrated with a bigger will on the needs and perspectives on the work carried out among the labourer women and the organisation of communist women and has reached a new level. The MLCP has become more conscious that the question of the liberation of women is a basic and current problem of our revolution and the historical and social development. The MLCP calls on you women to join the struggle within the ranks of the party to realise the women's revolution. <BR>Female and male comrades, all organisations of our party; our 15th year shall be the

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 12pt"><SPAN lang=EN-GB style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><BR><FONT face="Times New Roman">[ Gazi / ]* On 12 March 1995 in Gazi, a labourers’ district in Istanbul , the counter-guerrilla forces committed an armed attack against a café where usually Allevite people used to go. This attack had the objective of creating a conflict between the Allevite and Sunnite labourers and to hinder the recent revolutionary rise at the workers’ districts, but on the contrary, the labourers started a march towards the police station under the leadership of revolutionary forces. Thus, a one-week-uprising began in Gazi, where 23 labourers would be killed by the state forces. <BR><BR>[ Sultanbeyli / ]* On 14 March 1996, the Party detachments attacked synchronically to the administration office, headquarters of the police, town hall and MHP (Nationalist Action Party) in Sultanbeyli district of Istanbul. In the raid, where bazookas, bixis
(big machine guns) and bombs were used, the state buildings were kept under intense fire for long time. The buildings were damaged and the policemen ran away. The district was totally controlled by the detachments for short period of time. </FONT></SPAN></P>
