<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="COLOR: black" lang=EN-GB><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">On 30th October, in Rome , Diana Blefari Melazzi died in jail, few hours after the Supreme Court sentenced her to life imprisonment. The responsible of her death are the Italian State , Berlusconi’s government, the directors of the penitentiary system, the supervision judges who intentionally acted cruelly against her despite her most serious condition of mental devastation which she was in for more than three years.</FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="COLOR: black" lang=EN-GB><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">The Italian State applied laws of imprisonment that are ways for torture, aimed at killing comrade Diana, as well as it does against many other political prisoners.</FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="COLOR: black" lang=EN-GB><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">Berlusconi’s government and the Vatican behind it condemn Communism as an ideology that takes democracy and brings violence. They talk in the name of democracy, freedom, peace and civilization, and use justice for their own interest, export and support plundering wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, Palestine, make their mercenaries heroes, reward and discharge the slaughterers responsible for the massacre at the G8 of Genoa and the killers of Carlo Giuliani, pave the way for the judges who tear up the freedom of expression, the political criticism, the right of the masses to withstand police abuses and the violation of the constitutional laws themselves by the institutions.</FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>

They testify the increasing pressure towards reactionary mobilization, the adoption of a political line more and more tending to social and racial discrimination and a more and more widespreading repression, by a system in state of decomposition that is right to change and that must be changed!</FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="COLOR: black"><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">Il 30 ottobre, Diana Blefari Melazzi, è morta in carcere a Roma, poche ore dopo la conferma della Corte di Cassazione della sua condanna all’ergastolo. La responsabilità della sua morte ricade interamente sullo Stato italiano, sul governo Berlusconi, sui dirigenti dell’amministrazione penitenziaria, su quei giudici di sorveglianza che hanno volutamente infierito su di lei nonostante il gravissimo ed evidente stato di devastazione psichica nel quale essa era sprofondata da oltre tre anni. </FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="COLOR: black"><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">Contro la compagna Diana, accusata di essere membro di un’organizzazione comunista combattente, così come contro molti altri prigionieri politici, lo Stato italiano ha applicato leggi di carcerazione che sono modi di tortura, mirati all’annientamento. </FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="COLOR: black"><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">Il governo Berlusconi, e il Vaticano alle sue spalle, condannano il comunismo come ideologia che toglie la democrazia e che porta violenza. Parlano a nome della democrazia, della libertà, della pace e della civiltà, e usano la giustizia a proprio tornaconto, esportano e sostengono guerre di rapina in Afghanistan, in Iraq, in Palestina, innalzano ad eroi i propri mercenari, premiano ed assolvono i macellai responsabili del massacro al G8 di Genova e gli assassini di Carlo Giuliani, spianano la strada a quei giudici che fanno carta straccia della libertà di espressione, di critica politica, del diritto delle masse a resistere all’arbitrio poliziesco e alla violazione da parte delle istituzioni delle stesse leggi costituzionali</FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="COLOR: black">Denunciamo oggi con fermezza l’omicidio della prigioniera politica Diana Blefari Melazzi, assieme a quelli dei giovani, gli immigrati e gli antagonisti, morti assassinati in Italia dopo fermi di polizia o nelle celle di un carcere a testimonianza di </SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: #231f20">una spinta sempre maggiore alla mobilitazione reazionaria, dell’adozione di una linea politica sempre più incline alla discriminazione sociale e razziale e di una repressione sempre più ampia e diffusa, di un sistema in putrefazione che è lecito e necessario cambiare!</SPAN></FONT></FONT></P>
