<P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal>Negli ultimi mesi in Italia si è sviluppata una grande mobilitazione contro i fascisti e i razzisti. Il Partito dei CARC, partecipante della ICMLPO, ha assunto posizioni d’avanguardia in questa mobilitazione fino da luglio, organizzando insieme all’Associazione Solidarietà Proletaria ronde popolari contro le ronde fasciste e razziste che il governo Berlusconi ha promosso entro la legge del cosiddetto “pacchetto sicurezza”, strumento rivolto principalmente a perseguitare le masse popolari immigrate. A questa mobilitazione il governo Berlusconi ha risposto con pestaggi, perquisizioni, denunce, arresti, imprigionamenti. Il compagno Alessandro della Malva, segretario federale del Partito dei CARC in Toscana, è stato arrestato una prima volta a luglio, e quindi di nuovo l’11 ottobre, e da allora è in carcere. Assieme a lui, l’11 ottobre sono stati arrestati altri due compagni di un organismo
antifascista di Livorno, Elisabetta Cipolli e Alessandro Orfano, che da allora sono agli arresti domiciliari. Venerdì 6 novembre il compagno Mannu, del Centro Popolare Autogestito Firenze Sud è stato arrestato ed è attualmente in carcere. Oggi, 9 novembre, un’altra azione è partita, contro il Partito dei CARC e altri organismi antifascisti della Toscana: un altro compagno dei CARC, Juri Bartolozzi, è trattenuto nella stazione di polizia di Pistoia. Risultano coinvolti altri tre compagni, trattenuti dalla polizia o agli arresti, di Pistoia e di Livorno. </P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal>Il governo Berlusconi è instabile. Ha paura del movimento comunista e rivoluzionario italiano che si sta riorganizzando e sviluppando. Per questo promuove la riorganizzazione dei covi fascisti. Nelle città d’Italia sostiene e finanzia le cosiddette “Case Pound”, dove i fascisti si organizzano e partono per i loro attacchi contro gli immigrati, i giovani dei centri sociali, i gay, le organizzazioni antifasciste democratiche. Colpisce chi reagisce ai fascisti e ai razzisti, calpestando le proprie leggi “democratiche” e la Costituzione della Repubblica Italiana</P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal>Noi sosteniamo e rendiamo onore alla resistenza dei compagni italiani contro i fascisti e contro il governo Berlusconi. Voi, compagne e compagni italiani, state conducendo una lotta di prima linea del movimento comunista internazionale, contro il fascismo, contro il razzismo, in difesa delle masse popolari immigrate nei paesi imperialisti, in difesa delle conquiste che le masse popolari italiane hanno raggiunto con la guerra di Resistenza contro il nazifascismo. </P>

<P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-GB>In latest months in Italy a great mobilization against fascists and racists has developed. The CARC Party, participant in the ICMLPO, has taken a vanguard position in this mobilization since July, organizing, together with the Proletarian Solidarity Association, popular patrols against the fascist and racist patrols that Berlusconi’s government promoted within the law called “Security Set”, a means for harshly persecuting the immigrants. Berlusconi’s government has reacted against this mobilization with beatings, house searches, denounces, arrests, imprisonments. Comrade Alessandro della Malva, Federal Secretary of CARC Party in Tuscany , was firstly arrested on July, and then again on 11 October, and is still in jail. Together with him, two other comrades of an antifascist organization of Leghorn , Elisabetta Cipolli e Alessandro Orfano, were arrested and are now in house detention.
On Friday 6 November the comrade Mannu of a social center of Florence (Centro Popolare Autogestito Firenze Sud) was arrested and is still in jail. Today 9 November, another repressive action started against CARC Party and against Tuscan antifascist organization: a comrade of CARC Party, Juri Bartolozzi, is now in the police station and other three people are involved, kept by the police or already in house detention, in Leghorn and Pistoia .</SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-GB>Berlusconi’s government is unstable. It fears the Italian communist and revolutionary movement that is reorganizing itself and developing. That is why it promotes the reorganization of fascist dens. It supports and finances the so called “Case Pound” (Pound Houses), where fascists organize themselves and start their attacks against migrants, young people of the social centres, gay people, antifascist and democratic organizations. Berlusconi’s government attacks everyone who reacts against fascist and racists, so riding roughshod over its “democratic laws” and the Constitution of Italian Republic.</SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class=MsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-GB>We support and honour the resistance of these Italian comrades against fascists and Berlusconi’s government. Comrades, you are carrying out a forefront struggle of the international communist movement, against fascism, against racism, defending immigrants in the imperialist countries, defending the conquests the Italian popular masses got with the Resistance against Nazi-fascism.</SPAN></P>
