Non è una questione di principio (elettoralismo o astensionismo) è una questione concreta: la borghesia non impedisce alle masse popolari di votare, ma impedisce o ostacola che le masse popolari e la classe operaia si organizzino per partecipare alle elezioni in modo indipendente, autonomo dai partiti borghesi, con liste che siano espressione dei loro interessi: abolizione del voto di preferenza, sbarramenti, raccolta di migliaia di firme, necessità di parecchi soldi.</SPAN></FONT></P>
